Vegan Gnocchi Mushroom Florentine

I used premade spinach and basil gnocchi so I can't say anything about the gnocchi recipe. I added onion as well and the spinach I used was frozen (and a bigger portion) so the color of the sauce got green as well. This was super delicious tho! I really liked the mushrooms and them being sliced, never would've done that on my own, I would've chopped them into smaller pieces, but they didn't mix that much flavorwise like this so it really made a great eating experience with different textures! I've never had gnocchi as delicious as these were, definitely gonna make it again! And I really want to try the gnocchi recipe next time, didn't have much time today so I chose the premade ones but I'll try it out next time!

It was delicious. I made it with coconut milk. I use storebaught gnocci.

Tastes great but save yourself an hour of your life and just buy the gnocchi instead of making it

was okay, when making gnocchi i usually prefer to boil my potatoes beforehand instead of baking them, however my family really enjoyed this meal, the sauce was very easy though

Had a packet of gnocchi to finish. I added courgette in small cubes in with the mushrooms at the beginning and some vegan minced meat. It made a delicious family style meal!

This was AMAZING. I put balsamic vinegar over it and it was soo good. Going to be making this weekly for a while! Lol

Made with heavy cream, Italian seasoning, Dijon mustard, doubled the amount of stock, and cooked the gnocchi in the sauce.

I used brown rice pasta instead of the gnocchi. I also added a can of diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, oregano, fresh basil, garlic, ricotta cheese and fresh parmigiana. It was a good, easy, one skillet meal.

Sauce yummy but had trouble making gnocchi. ( wrong potatoes! ) also pretty carby, might try sauce over some cauliflower next time.
