Pasta e Fagioli (Olive Garden Copycat)

Good and great for a winter day

Made in slow cooker. Browned the meat and veggies as instructed then put it all in crockpot, minus the pasta, to cook on low for the day. Adjusted salt/ pepper to taste and Added pasta about 20 minutes prior to serving (set slow cooker to high). Served with Italian bread. Happy family!

This was so good I used ground turkey seasoned with garlic and onion powder and worcestershire sauce instead of ground beef

Easy to make and so delicious, especially with fresh grated parm!

Subbed ground pork for ground beef. Subbed 38 oz crushed tomatoes for both diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.

Used sweet Italian turkey sausage. Was delicious.

I added fresh oregano, parsley and thyme. As well as a bit more pepper.

Mild Italian sausage instead of ground beef

I added 6 cups of broth, 1 extra can of tomato sauce and used pinto instead of Northern because I didn't have them

Maybe half the Italian seasoning and 36oz chicken stock
