Under 30 minutes

Doubled the curry powder. Added a teaspoon of sugar to eliminate the tinned tomato taste. This is yummy, quick and easy. A great last minute meal because the ingredients are commonly in the fridge/pantry or could even be substituted. Left out Onion and Turmeric
