Smoky meatball tray bake with potato wedges

Added more seasoning but was delicious

Used my favourite sausages and chopped them into 3 then Rolled them into balls. This saves time and money. I saw the other comments about blandness so I tasted as I went and added more of each herb and spice according to my taste. Everything was cooked perfectly within an hour. Think kids would love this after all sausage and chips what’s not to like !

So much more involved than a tray bake. It takes forever too, and isn't well balanced in flavor.

This was okay. Took way longer to cook, added about 30 mins on. Also added hot sauce because it was pretty bland, was good but definitely making some changes next time: diced potatoes not wedges, add cheese.
