Spinach and Feta Grilled Cheese

For me more feta and garlic will make it perfect

Lovely, I added some fried onions to mine for a bit more flavour

My toddler actually enjoyed this too! I feel like it would go really well with some sliced cherry tomatoes or sundried tomatoes as well.

Add pesto

I made this for me and my husband. I did as the recipe intended for him and he said it was wonderful. I thought it tasted okay as well but needed a little extra. ADD PESTO. As soon as I took a bite of it with pesto I was in love. Definitely a Meatless Monday go-to.

Easy, tasty and the spinach really added to the overall flavour!
