i didn't have broccoli but i did have the hungry tummy! so i just added a bit more of the green bell peppers (in my fridge, there were two which needed to exit this world, their time was up!) to adjust the veggie amount., and the similar flavor. but i didnt change anything else in the recipe. isn't that just a whole different recipe at that point??
the sauce is quite tasty, and not just a gloopy american-style gravy dump.
everything came out fresh, bright, not too crunchy or underdone. the chicken is incredibly tender. made sure to barely cook the noodles, immediately drain, toss in a little oil. perfect!!
