Delicious and easy to make. I ended up using only 1 package (6 oz) of yakisoba noodles and doubled the sauces.

Under 30 minutes

My hubby took one bite and I think his eyes rolled back in his head. He had been craving Panda Express Chow Mein for a while. He said this recipe was exactly like Panda Express's. I doubled the oyster sauce and soy sauce but otherwise followed this recipe exactly. (I used low sodium soy sauce. We're old...gotta watch the salt😊) Next time I will try cutting back a bit on the oil.
