or other vegetables- green beans, cabbage, carrots, chopped small
3 ozsoba noodles
they make gluten-free ones
4scallions
sliced at a diagonal, for garnish
1 teaspoonsriracha sauce
or more to taste
1 teaspoontoasted sesame oil
or more to taste
1 teaspoontoasted sesame seeds
or more taste
