Email MAIN INGREDIENTS OF THIS RECIPE: - Rice, raw bacon, peppers, olive oil HOW TO MAKE RICE WITH BACON AND PEPPERS: In a saucepan, add the olive oil, the peppers cut into strips, the bacon cut into strips, the oregano and the paprika. Sauté on a medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add the rice and season with salt. Stir and fry for about 1 minute. Pour the water (twice the rice volume) and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with oregano and serve.
