slightly heaped, arborio does good enough job too

dissolved in 2 tbsp hot water

black pepper
freshly ground, to serve

200gzucchini
sliced

1fennel
cut into 8 wedges

10cherry tomatoes
halved

½ cuppeas
cooked, or broad beans, or a mixture of both

8olives
sliced

4artichoke heart
charred, halves, halved

fresh parsley
chopped, to garnish, optional
