Lovely. Roasted on bed of carrot tops with basil and cilantro. Might add a bit of sugar next time.

Picked it for two reasons: really quick and goes well with grilled pork I was going to make in the evening. It's indeed a match made in heaven. Slightly sour vegetables accompany meet and add their own cumin flavour. Btw you may use twice more cumin to make it shout.
