Instructions
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine the wholemeal spelt flour, baking powder, charcoal powder, and salt.
Step 2
Add the soy yogurt and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Using your hands, mix well until a dough forms.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a round shape and create a hole in the center to form a bagel. Place each bagel on a baking paper-lined tray.
Step 4
Sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds or Avo seasoning.
Step 5
Cook the bagels in an air fryer for 12 minutes at 350F (180C) or until golden brown. Alternatively in the oven for around 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
