Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly grease a sheet pan or cast-iron skillet.
Step 2
Add the trimmed asparagus spears to the pan. Drizzle them with the olive oil, then sprinkle on the salt and parmesan. Toss everything together until the asparagus is evenly coated, then squeeze the lemon juice over the top.
Step 3
Roast in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, until the thickest part of the spears are fork-tender. If you prefer your asparagus softer like my family, you can leave them in longer until they reach your desired texture. Dassit!
