150gramen noodles
egg, rice or udon noodles will all work too
200gturkey meat
leftover, shredded
2spring onions
finely sliced, white and green parts kept separate
1lime
halved
25gbeansprouts
ready-to-eat
coriander
chopped
peanuts
nori
or dried chilli threads, silgochu, to serve, optional
