Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all ingredients.
Step 2
Let sit for 3 minutes to set.
Step 3
Melt coconut oil in frying pan over high heat.
Step 4
When pan is hot, turn heat down to medium heat.
Step 5
Place 2 silver dollar pancakes in the pan over medium heat (each pancake is 2 – 3 inches wide).
Step 6
After about five minutes, or when the edges appear more firm and dry, flip!
Step 7
Cook for another couple minutes and transfer to a plate.
Step 8
Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Step 9
Top with syrup, peanut butter, fresh berries, whatever you like!!
