Instructions
Step 1
Ground your oats and put them in a bowl ( i did so in a coffee grinder)
Step 2
Put the room temperature milk in cup, add the vinegar and mix ,let is sit till it curdules to make butter milk
Step 3
Mix the milk and water with the oats and then pour the baking powder and soda in the middle DO NOT MIX and then add the lemon juice on top so it activates, than mix. You can put it in the microwave 30 sec at a time to help it soak faster
Step 4
In a diffrent bowl mash the banana together with the egg

Mix the oatmeal with the egg mixture than add chopped apples , should be pretty finely chopped , you can grate it but it tastes the best with some chunks (you can add sugar and salt to you liking). Add the spices too and mix
Step 6
Add butter to a pan on medium heat ,place 3 in at the same time , that is approximately the size of a portion , cook them (without a lid) till they bubble and then flip. That's it , enjoy!!!
