⅓ cupparsley
fresh

4 cupschicken broth
vegetable stock, or just water, add more if you want to during the cooking

1 tspturmeric

1 tspsweet paprika

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
optional

250 gramsbutton mushrooms
optional, can be substitute with other mild tasting mushrooms
