Step 1
Coarsely chop onion, avocado, tomatoes and mix with lime juice, finely chopped parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Perfect, your salad is ready!

Remove the skin from the sausages and cut them roughly. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is cooked through. Remove the sausages from the pan and set them aside.
Step 3
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, in the same pan as for the sausages, over medium heat, add the beaten eggs, and stir until scrambled. Cook the scrambled eggs until they are almost set, but still slightly moist, then remove them from the heat.
Step 4
arrange cheddar cheese, scrambled egg, sausage and salad on the wrap. Once you have closed the wrap, heat a pan and cook it on each side until it is golden brown and crispy. It’s ready ! You can eat with the sauce of your choice. Bon appétit !
