make sure it's a gluten free brand if needed

fresh coriander stalks

1 ½ Tbspcornflour
cornstarch
1kgbraising beef
beef chuck, chopped into chunks
¼ tspsalt
¼ tspfreshly ground black pepper
400mlbeef stock
2 stock cubes with water is fine, use kallo beef bouillon cubes for gluten free
400gcan coconut milk
it's usually gluten free, but double check
500gbaby new potatoes
slice any bigger ones in half
1juice of lime
