halved and thinly sliced

cut into thirds widthways

100mlblack bean sauce

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 ½ Tbsprice wine vinegar

4 cmginger
piece, peeled and finely grated

3cloves garlic
crushed

1red chilli
finely diced, remove seeds if you want less heat

4spring onions
trimmed and finely sliced
