Instant Pot Beef Stew

This is so delicious! I changed it up to my taste. I added 2 splashes of Worchestershire sauce, some onion powder, garlic salt, I used 4 1/2 tsp of minced garlic instead of garlic cloves, I added a packet of Onion soup mix, added celery and did not use peas at all. I also used baby carrots cuts in half. It was so so good and my family loved it!

Needed to cut the potatoes bigger or leave them out.
