This is one of our favourite no-oil and sugar-free granola recipes. It makes a huge batch of granola that can be enjoyed for days and days - on smoothies, plant-based yogurts, or as a snack. It's slightly sweet, and slightly savoury, and the flavours can be varied up each time depending on the dried fruit or nuts added in.
