This is lush. Appreciate the picture is not pretty though! Not sure what I was expecting from this dish but it surpassed it 🤣 No walnuts and used canned green lentils to reduce the cooking time (added much less water as no need to cook the lentils before it went in the oven). Delicious. Definitely having again!
