Tomato Basil Tofu Pasta

This recipe was okay, not really keen on the nutritional yeast flavour as it really overpowered the dish. Which is a bit of a shame considering the effort it took to make and nice ingredients! Definitely wouldn't make it again but I like the idea of using tofu in a sauce so I will be on the look out for similar recipes FYI this recipe makes so much sauce, the pasta was literally swimming in it. Be careful with how much you use and store excess in fridge
