Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of lean ground beef; 1 large white onion, diced; 1 can of Campbell's French Onion Soup (optional); 1/2 teaspoon of Lawry's or other seasoning salt (adjust to preferences); 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper; 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce or Worcestershire; Pinch of Sweet Paprika; 1/2 tablespoon of dill pickle juice; 1 tablespoon of butter; 6 to 8 sesame seed buns; sliced dill or bread and butter pickles; Mustard of your choice; Ketchup

Instructions

I first heard about Maid Rite, or Loose Meat sandwiches from the classic tv show, Roseanne. These ground beef and onion sandwiches are unbelievable simple but so delicious in their simplicity. Served with pickles and mustard and or ketchup they are absolutely addicting when served on a soft, sesame seed bun. This is a quick and easy dinner, served with a salad or a veggies.
