These veggie burgers would make the perfect make ahead meal prep option because it makes multiple servings. These lentil mushroom veggie burgers make a great healthy plant based dinner or lunch recipe. What you need for this recipe: Ground flax Onion Mushrooms Balsamic Soy sauce or liquid aminos Garlic Paprika Salt/pepper Cumin Cilantro Olive oil Brown or green lentils Oat flour Oats How to make this veggie burger: This burger is pretty simple to make. First your sautee your mushrooms, onions and garlic until cooked. Then you combine the mushrooms, onions and garlic with the rest of the burger ingredients. Next form 4-5 evenly sized burgers on a lined sheet pan. Lastly you bake the burgers and then you're done! How to store the extras: Store the extra veggie burgers in an airtight container in your fridge or freezer. These burgers will keep for 3-4 days in your fridge or up to 3 months in your freezer.
