For the Tadka

Step 1
* Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chili and ginger for a minute.
* Add the prawns and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. (only until they turn light pink)
* Add the coconut milk and cook on high flame for a minute and then on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
* Check the seasoning.
* Pour the curry into a bowl. * In a separate pan make the tadka by heating the ghee and adding all the ingredients.
* Pour this on top of the prawn curry.
* Serve hot with rice.
