Ingredients

•	1 teaspoon salt

¼ cupsoy sauce
•	1/4 cup lemon juice
¼ cuplemon juice
•	1/4 teaspoon cloves powder

•	1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoondried thyme

Instructions

Step 1
1. Put all the ingredients (except the chicken) into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
Step 2
2. Pour over chicken in a bowl and mix well. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
Step 3
3. When ready to cook, heat the oven to 350 o C.
Step 4
Spread the chicken on a baking tray. Place in the oven to cook for 35 minutes or until the chicken is done. Turn the chicken half way through
