Delicious beef and vegetable savory fritters fried to perfection, these are easy to make and so delicious in sandwiches or wraps enjoy it with a side of salad or some cut up vegetables……

-1 pound of ground beef
-1 large potato shredded
-1 medium size onion
-1 bell pepper any color
-1 tomato
-2 cloves of garlic
-1/2 cup of parsley or cilantro
-6oz of tomato paste
-1/3 cup of pepper paste
-1 cup of flour
-1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of cumin
-1 teaspoon of coriander
-1 teaspoon of chili flakes
