Ingredients

0.5 lbpancetta
diced
1 ccarrots
diced
1 ccelery
diced
1onion
med, chopped
2garlic cloves
minced
½ tspchili flakes
1 tparsley
1 tspbasil
1 titalian seasoning
1 tthyme
6 cchicken stock
2cans white beans
drained but not rinsed
1 cditalini pasta
olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Sauté pancetta until crisp remove from pan and set aside. Sauté onion celery and carrots in olive oil and butter 2 to 3 minutes. Add your garlic and all your seasonings.
Step 2
Add stock and beans (Crush half of one can of beans). Add pancetta back to the pot.
Step 3
Bring to a boil. Once boiling add the pasta and reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 mins or until the pasta is tender.
