Step 1
Sauté' sausage, chicken, onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic until sausage and chicken are browned. Add the water, Creole seasoning, Cayenne pepper, Bay leaves and tomato paste. Bring to a boil with the lid on. When water boils add the rice and shrimp, lower the fire or make rice separate and serve on top.
