Instructions
Step 1
Put a Tortilla on a baking tray
Step 2
Mix some tomato puree with the herbs and spread evenly on the tortilla
Step 3
Add the next tortilla
Step 4
Slice the mozzarella ball into thin pieces, and spread about half on the tortilla evenly.
Step 5
Add the next tortilla on top.
Step 6
Spread some tomato puree on top of the tortilla
Step 7
Mix the grated cheeses together then and on top of the tortilla.
Step 8
Add toppings as desired.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 180 fan for 12 minutes
