Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa

Instructions

Step 1
Marinade the shrimps with the ingredients listed above for 10-15 minutes
Step 2
While they are resting you can make your tortillas or you can use store-bought ones to make it even easier.
Step 3
To make the tortillas add all purpose flour and whole wheat flour in a bowl along with 2 pinch of salt and 1 tsp mixed dried herbs. Slowly add a little water at a time until you get a a smooth dough. To this add some oil and knead everything together for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Let the dough rest for at least 10 minutes before rolling them out in equal sized rounds and cooking them on a hot pan for around 2-3 minutes on each side.
Step 5
To make the feta sauce just add all the ingredients listed above in a mixer and blend it until smooth. Transfer the sauce in a squeezy bottle and set aside in the refrigerator.
Step 6
For the salsa, mix all the ingredients listed above in a bowl and that’s about it.
Step 7
To cook the shrimps heat butter in a pan along with some oil so it doesn’t burn to this add chopped garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden. To this add chopped jalapeños and cook for another minute and a half. Transfer the marinated shrimps to the pan and let it cook for 3-5 minutes on each depending on the size of the shrimps. Once done drizzle some honey and start assembling the tacos.
Step 8
To assemble the tacos first layer some fresh lettuce on the tortillas, then shrimps followed by mango jalapeño salsa, feta sauce and drizzle of siracha. Finish it off with a slice of fresh jalapeño and squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
