Steak & Potatoe Skillet W/ Veggies

(Season to taste)

Olive oil
Cajun seasoning
Onion powder
Rosemary
Black pepper
Roast in oven for 30-35 min until golden brown on 400 degrees
Sautéed Veggies in skillet w/olive oil
Broccoli
Onion
Red Pepper
Yellow Pepper
Ribeye Steak bites
Cut steak into cubes
Season w/salt, pepper, Montreal steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic butter and fresh rosemary. Toss in broiler for 10min
Creamy Cajun Sauce
1/2 stick butter
2 garlic cloves(minced)
1 & 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Season to taste w/Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, & Italian herbs

Ribeye Steak bites -cut in cubes, season, and toss in broiler for 10 mins

Creamy Cajun Sauce - season to taste and stir together (1/2 stick of butter ; 1.5 cup of whipping cream; 2 minced garlic cloves ; 1/2 cup Parmesan; tbsp of lemon juice )
Step 5
Layer potatoes, veggies sprinkled shredded cheese add steak then drizzle sauce on top
