Instructions

Step 1
Cut boneless chicken breast pieces into cubes.
Step 2
Add rice vinegar, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup , green chillies paste, white pepper powder, onion powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, salt and chilli powder.
Step 3
Combine everything well together and leave to marinate for an hour. Meanwhile cut the bell peppers and onions in square pieces.
Step 4
Assemble the shashlik skewers. Thread bell peppers , onions and chicken cubes.
Step 5
Place the skewers rack on a baking tray , lined with parchment paper. Brush the shashlik skewers with oil.
Step 6
Bake at 180 c for 25 minutes and if you want little crispy , broil/grill for another 8-10 minutes on top oven rack.
Step 7
Shashlik are ready to serve. Enjoy with raita and lacha piyaz.
