Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken


Step 2
Scramble an egg in a wide but shallow bowl



Step 3
Put breadcrumbs in another wide but shallow bowl


Step 4
Get a pan and turn stove burner to half way

Preheat oven to 350°

Step 6
Coat bottom of pan in olive oil


Step 7
Take one piece of chicken and dump it in scrambled egg, then dump and fully coat it in breadcrumbs



Step 8
Cook chicken in olive oiled pan until breadcrumbs turn golden brown, make sure to flip so it’s cooked full way round




Step 9
Put chicken in an oven safe serving dish

Step 10
Repeat steps until every piece of chicken is in pan

Sprinkle seasonings on chicken. I prefer to use lots but amount and herbs used are up to your discretion. I’ll use anything considered an Italian seasoning. If you can use fresh herbs that’s even better!







Step 12
Coat chicken in tomato sauce. I prefer to go heavier!

Step 13
Now coat chicken and tomato sauce in Parmesan cheese. I again prefer to go heavier! You can substitute with mozzarella or use/mix any cheese you want.

Step 14
Coat cheese again in seasonings







Step 15
Put everything in oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted. This will also give the chicken an opportunity to cook slightly more.

Step 16
Take out and serve!
