700gvegan beef

30mllight soy sauce

2 tspgarlic powder

2 tspblack pepper

½ tspbaking Soda

3 tspolive oil

20gcornflour

200gegg noodles

1spring onion
whole

5cloves garlic
minced

0.5red onion
For the Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Slice beef into thin slices. Add to bowl with soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and cornflour







Step 2
Cook beef on high heat for 2-3 mins each side, until browned. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 3
Add garlic, chopped spring and red onions to pan. Cook until fragrant and mix in soy and oyster sauce, and water. Bring to a light boil.






Step 4
Cook noodles according to packet instructions

Step 5
Mix cornflour and water. Add to pan and stir in.

Step 6
Add the beef back to sauce and stir through. When done, garnish with chilli flakes and sesame seeds. Serve atop cooked noodles
