Instructions

Step 1
Add all ingredients except cilantro, lime and avocado to a pot. Stir, cover and bring it to boil.
Step 2
Once boiling, turn the heat to medium / low. Cook it for 15 minutes or until liquid is completely absorbed.
Step 3
When done stir in fresh cilantro
Step 4
Serve with extra cilantro, avocado and lime
