Step 1
Chop chicken into large bite-sized pieces. Be mindful of cross-contamination. Clean knife and cutting board before next step.

Chop onions into thin strips.
Step 3
Pre-heat wok and oil.
Step 4
Add rice to rice cooker, with equal amount of water.
Step 5
Cook onions and chicken in wok until onions are caramelized and chicken is browned outside and fully cooked inside.

Add soy sauce or seasonings to taste.
