Instructions
Step 1

Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder



Step 2

Simmer the sauce and reduce to 80%
(Soy sauce 2: honey 1: garlic powder 0.5)


Step 3

Powder chicken wings with starch (I used corn starch)


Step 4

Fry for 7mins at low heat to cook chicken
Step 5

Fry for 3mins at high heat for crispy texture
Step 6

Brush the sauce on chicken wings!
