Instructions
Make dumpling filling
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, raw egg, soy sauce, beef powder, salt, cooking wine, and corn starch. (If using pork or beef leave out olive oil. If using chicken or turkey add olive oil.)
Mix until ingredients until thick consistency.










Step 2
Slowly add warm water 10mL at a time until thick, wet consistency

Step 3
Add desired finely chopped veggies (carrots, Napa cabbage, etc.) Incorporate well into other ingredients.

Wrap Dumplings
Step 4
Add a spoonful of filling to the middle of a dumpling wrapper
Step 5
Hold a dumpling wrapper with the side with more flour facing down
Step 6
Dip a finger into a bowl of water and line the edge of half of the dumpling wrapper
Step 7
Fold wrapper in half and to encase filling and press to seal shut
Step 8
Fry dumplings on high until your hear popping. Add 100mL of water and cover with lid let it cook for 3-5 minutes or until fully cooked. (If you added too much water, leave lid uncovered to dissipate steam)
