Instructions
Step 1
Mix pesto, lemon and garlic in a bowl. Season with black pepper

Put the halloumi in a bowl, coat with half the pesto mixture and marinate for 15 mins

Place halloumi in a dry pan and fry for 2-3 mins until browned

Toast the pine nuts in a pan for a few mins. They will brown quickly!
