Lemon Poppy Seed Waffles

I was really craving lemon poppy seed muffins, but didn’t want a ton of left overs. So here’s the addle recipe. For maximum fluffiness you can go with only 1.5 cups of flour.

Instructions

Step 1
Get a big bowl and add in your dry ingredients, waffle mix and poppy seeds.

Get another bowl another add in your wet ingredients and mix together.

Step 3
Beat your egg whites to stiff peaks

Make a well in your dry ingredients and pour your wet ingredients and mix.
Step 5
Gently fold in your egg whites and heat your waffle maker.

Spray you waffle maker or butter it up, cook until golden and fluffy, then enjoy 🧡
