Step 1
For this cake you can add any vegetables or protein in the batter.
Step 2
First prepare all the ingredients.
Step 3
Place the red peppers over the burner on high flame for 10 minutes, and flip it in between until the skins are burned. Place the paper into a bowl and let it cool down. Peel the skin, and cut the peppers into small bite sizes.
Step 4
Break the feta into small pieces, and grade the cheddar.
Step 5
On a fry pan place olive oil, chopped red onion, and chopped almond. Fry them for about five minutes on a high flame, and set it aside.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl place milk, eggs and whisk them well, then add the flour, baking powder and mix the batter until there are no lumps.
Step 8
Keep the chopped pistachio aside. Place the rest of the ingredients along with the fried onion mixture with olive oil and mix everything well. Add some salt to taste.
Step 9
You can use any type of baking pan, just make sure to grease it well with butter. Place the batter in the pan then sprinkle all the pistachio on top of the batter.
Step 10
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake it for 40-60 minutes until the top of the cake is dark brown. Insert a small knife in the middle of the cake and see if the cake comes out clean, then the cake is done. Let the cake cool down for an hour then enjoy.
