This is the best dang venison chili recipe you will ever taste. It is not hot. Not much spice but sweet and delicious! 😋

Ingredients
6 servings
1 lbground venison
1can mild chili beans
1 canItalian diced tomatoes
1 jarmild salsa
1 bottletomatoe juice with black pepper
cumin
chilli powder
brown sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Brown 1 lb. Venison. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, and brown sugar.
Because venison has very little fat, you will most likely not need to drain it.
Step 2
Pouring jar of salsa, can of tomatoes, and can of beans.
I find that a lot of the flavor of these three stay in the bottom of the container. Open your V8 pour some in the jar/cans, swirl, and pour in the pot.
Step 3
Finish pouring V8 in pot until it is the thickness you like. If V8 with black pepper was not available, you can add black pepper now.
Step 4
Add cumin, chili powder, and brown sugar to taste.
I don't generally measure these but my guess is 1tsp cumin and chili powder. And about 1/8 to 1/4c brown sugar.
Step 5
Turn your out down to simmer and let all the flavor mingle.
