Ingredients
8 servings
1 lbsbeef
or venison
2cans fire roasted tomatoes
2 cansdiced potatoes
or several diced fresh potatoes
1 bagbaby carrots
1 quartbeef stock
or venison
2yellow onions
diced
1 tablespoonminced garlic
salt
to taste
1 cupred cooking wine
olive oil
red pepper flakes
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Cut meat into pieces and put in large pot with a little olive oil. Sear until mostly cooked, then add the onions and garlic. Cook until meat is fully cooked.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the potatoes if using canned) and cook for around 2 hours or until carrots have softened. Add the potatoes around 15 minutes before serving if using canned so they warm.
