1kgchicken drums
thighs

2potatoes
large dice

1carrot
large dice

1 bulbgarlic

1onion
large dice

2 cmginger
sliced

3scallions
cut into large pieces

3 cupswater

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil chicken drumsticks for 1-2 minutes to remove impurities.
Step 2
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and add back chicken drumsticks. Then add all the sauce ingredients: gochugaru, sugar, soy sauce, mirin gochujang, sesame oil, fish sauce, and black pepper. Boil for 10 minutes with the lid on.









Step 3
Add potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, and ginger. Simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes.





Step 4
Garnish with scallions and serve over rice. Enjoy!
