VIRAL BIG MAC TACO

VIRAL BIG MAC TACO I was so surprised how much this actually tastes like a Big Mac!!!! The sauce is almost identical and also really addictive 😳🫠 Give it a go next time you feel like take away, it’s worth it! Makes 6 tortillas/tacos Big Mac Sauce: 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons pickles, finely chopped 3 tablespoons tomato sauce 2 tablespoons American mustard 1/2 white or brown onion, very finely diced or grated 1 teaspoon paprika 6 mini flour tortillas 400g beef mince Salt & pepper 6 slices burger cheese 1 cup pickles, drained Shredded iceberg or cos lettuce Method: 1. To make the sauce: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jug. 2. To each tortilla, add about 1/4 cup of beef mince and flatten out to completely cover the surface to the edges. Add more meat if you prefer a thicker patty. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on top 3. Preheat a large frying pan on high heat. Add 2-3 tacos, mince facing down. Cook for approx. 2-3 minutes, until the mince has browned and cooked through. 4. Flip over, lower the heat right down (so the tortillas doesn’t burn), add the burger cheese on top of the patties. Let them cook for approx. 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted. 5. Top the taco with shredded lettuce, pickles and drizzle over the big mac sauce.
