Baked Parmesan-Crusted White Fish with Mango Salsa

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Pat the fish fillets dry and dip them into the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to coat both sides.
Step 4
Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Step 6
While the fish is baking, prepare the mango salsa. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño pepper (if using). Toss well.
Step 7
Serve the baked fish with a generous spoonful of mango salsa on top.
