Step 1
Cut your chicken breast into thin pieces or use a meat pounder to flatten your chicken out.

In a zip lock bag add soy sauce, a little bit of olive oil and some crushed red pepper flakes. Drop your cut chicken breast into this zipbloc mixture and let it marinate

Shred and cut up your carrots, baby cucumbers, jalapeños and bell peppers and set aside

On a paper plate spread out a pile of cornflake crumbs. Add in your salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning, sriracha seasoning (or any seasonings of your choice) and swift with a fork.

Take your marinated chicken out of the ziploc mixture and dip it onto your bread crumb plate. Covering both sides and pushing down firmly to attach the breadcrumbs

In a sauce pan add olive oil and pan fry the breaded chicken on low until meat is cooked and bread crumbs are browned.

While your chicken is cooking on low you can make your sauce by taking Mayo, Sriracha and honey and mix them together in a bowl

Make your white rice in the microwave and enjoy!
